Emergency Court cost and Air fare to save my kids!
So for those of you who dont know, I have 2 beautiful daughters named Bella and Nevaeh. Bella is 5 years old and Nevy is coming on 3...Most of my freinds on FB and in chicago know I had them last year with me for about 6 months and it was amazing!
I set up a parental agreement so that we would take turns with the kids and holidays and such. Since my kids have gone back with their mother I have barley spoke to them, dont know anything thats going on. She disrguarded the parental agreement, and we are in differnt states so there are different laws and rules. It is nearly impossible to cordinate all of this with out a lot of money which I dont have. She cut all communication for the past year. Yesterday I recieved a call from child services saying my kids are in custody of the state of Louisana and put in foster care. My heart broke,and my mind was racing. I had no idea what happened. In short their mom got drunk and chased my kids around with a knife and the neihbors called the police. They explained to me that there is a 72 hour court hearing in place for the cusody of my girls at Friday at 9am in Fort Polk Louisana. I reached out to family and immediate freinds for help but its not enough to get them back to chicago. I would need to pay for court fee's and processing plus 1 round trip for me and 2 one way trips for the girls. It pains me to even have to go this route but I have no choice and I need all the help I could get. They mean the world to me and I dont have a lot of time. Thinking about them being in foster care during christmas and them feeling abandoned....I will never forgive myself.
