I will start by saying can any of the ladies out there relate on encouraging always friends to have their yearly check up? Well that was I with my co worker / great friend Stacey Bennis in August of 2015. As appointments were being completed that one call we all fear came in to come to the doctors office.
Stacey was diagnosed with breast cancer. This hit us all as a shock because she had no signs nor pain just nothing. Unfortunately Stacey no longer had her cancer police that would have help greatly but is now facing the battle of breast cancer that as well as financially keeping our head above ground. Her stage level of breast cancer was lifted to stage IIB after surgery. The battle I just begun of how much chemo and radiation and other treatments were beginning to come.
So as I sat and watch her fight this battle which takes a strong woman to do it kills me to see the amount of stress that's taking up on her health as well due to bills that do not stop coming in. She never thought she would have to miss work so many times because of the pain she was going through from the chemo or from the pain that she was going through from my surgery but as well as the pain of not knowing what she has to pay her bills for the treatment can continue .
So as a friend and a coworker and a sister I've created this go fund me account for her to help her with her bills that I'm holding her back from speedy recovery. To all our friends please donate anything to this account because every penny will count and never extended hand will be appreciated. I know that if you know the Stacey we all know we want to get her back to her full of life health and have that smile shine radiantly at all times as soon as possible.
So let's all chip in any dollar amount to embrace Stace to get her back where we need her healthy and cancer free but stress free full of life once again.
