Phelps Family Fire Fund

The Phelps family lost their home in November to a fire. All of their personal belongings were destroyed such as appliances, kitchen supplies, beds, funiture, etc. They recently found out the house was ruled a complete loss. They need help with being able to replace their belongings and getting into another home.
