Ely Haro a DACA Worker Who is Innocent

My 22 year old brother who is DACA, recently was a victim of being falsely accused and arrested. Where he was not involved. He was charged with possession of drugs that were not his.  He was just at the wrong place, at the wrong time.  The only evidence presented is a video of my brother drinking a beer and on his phone at the scene. One of my brother's friend called Ely to fix a car stereo. My brother is good at being a mechanic thanks to our dad. Ely had all the tools necessary to help his friend fix the car stereo. Ely's job was construction and work in a company where they install A/C. When my brother got there, the police got there as well and saw drugs that my brother did not know were in the car and Ely did not know his friend had. My brother till this day is confused and scared.  All my brother wanted to do was help his friend fix his car stereo. Now his bail is at $250,000! My family and I are a low income family.
Now, family and friends are teaming up to hire a good lawyer to defend his case. We as a family are low income, trying our best to come up with the amount to free Ely Haro. He is a responsible, compassionate, hard working young adult. My big brother supports my family financially with bills. Having this gofundme page will get us closer to hiring a good lawyer and for my big brother not get deported.  



Mi hermano de 22 años que es DACA, recientemente fue víctima de ser acusado y arrestado falsamente. Donde no estaba involucrado. Fue acusado de posesión de drogas que no eran suyas. El estaba en el lugar equivocado, en el momento equivocado.
Uno de los amigos de mi hermano llamó a Ely para arreglar el estéreo de el auto de su amigo. Mi hermano es buen mecánico. Ely tenía todas las herramientas necesarias para ayudar a su amigo y arreglar el estéreo del auto. Ely trabajaba de construcción y el trabajo en una empresa donde instalan A / C. Cuando mi hermano llegó allí, la policía también llegó y vio drogas que mi hermano no sabía que estaban allí. Mi hermano no mas quiso ayudar a su amigo arreglar el estereo del carro.

Nosotros, como familia, somos de bajos ingresos, haciendo todo lo posible para obtener la cantidad para liberar a Ely Haro. Es un adulto joven responsable, compasivo y trabajador.
