El Salvador trip for Summers kids!

Dear Friends of the Prieto Summers Family,
Most of you know the heart breaking story of Diego Summers and his brave battle with cancer that recently ended with his passing. The Summers would like to thank everyone for the love and generosity that helped them get by in this time of need. Recently Nancy contacted us with a wish for her children; James, Kiana, and Kiara, who are Juniors at Weston High School. They have endured so much over the last 7 months and are in need of a little sunshine and something to look forward to.
The Summers were accepted into a summer program at Cristosal's Global School in El Salvador, this program is part of Weston High School’s effort to build global awareness as an essential 21st century skill for our students. Unfortunately, the economic stress that has been placed on the family, coupled with the time away from work has left the family unable to afford the program.
The cost to send James, Kiana, and Kiara is roughly $6,000 ($2,000 each) which includes a little spending money for each and covers the small fee this web site charges for its services. We are in a bit of a time crunch because the deposit to hold their spots is due next week!
