Elizabeth Yates Memorial Fund

My name is Brad Thoma, formerly of Tulsa, Oklahoma and I am writing this with the heaviest of hearts.  Today I woke to tragic news from my friend of nearly 20 years, Casey Yates.  His wife of 7 years, Elizabeth, passed away unexpectedly this morning.

I have known Casey and the Yates family since high school. Casey was the first friend I met in 9th grade. We have both been through the ups and downs of life together and he has always been there for me.  When Casey first told me about Liz, I knew that his life was finally changing for the better and I could sense a joy and purpose that I had never seen in him.

For those who knew Liz, you know she was always the most charistmatic person in the room.   She was a dedicated Carolina Panthers fan, and you could talk football with her for hours. She was a staunch advocate for vaping and vaping rights. She was never affraid to speak her mind but she was always ready to listen.  She loved her family and husband and was always in their corner.  She was loyal through and through and will be misssed by so many.

Elizabeth's unexpected passing has left us all with a enormous void in our hearts. I ask that you contribute to honor the wonderful life that Liz lived and to help Casey, and the Yates and Hamilton families during this difficult time.  All proceeds will go toward funeral costs & anything the family needs. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
