Kaysens Open Heart Surgery

First and foremost, THANK YOU!

Kaysen was born in June 20,2014. He is just a little over 2 months old. When he was five days old he was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot and Ventricular Septum Defect. This means he has a hole in his heart between the bottom two chambers and it allows unoxygenated blood to mix With oxygenated blood. He also has a hole in between the top two chambers. The only treatment is open heart Surgery.

We will be staying at the Ronald McDonald House during Kaysens surgery and recovery. It is a $10/night suggested donation. We are looking at 10 days at the least, 40 at the most. Money raised will be used for this and to help pay for gas and food. I will be staying alone with Kaysen while Will stays home to work and care for our home and our older son, Keegan. He will be traveling up on the weekends to see us.

I pray this will be the only open heart surgery Kaysen needs. Tetralogy of Fallot is unpredictable.
