Praise the Lord Family!
I have been commissioned by God to use my pain and gift of writing to uplift the hurting and lost. On my blog, A Necessary Pain , I give God the glory, by revealing the traumatic events that led me to Him. God gave me the vision to use writing workshops as a means to reach those who may not seek Him otherwise.
Editing Destiny uses writing prompts to reveal the trauma that many are suppressing with sin, thus promoting healing in Jesus name. This is evangelism and outreach through the arts.
The funds that I am seeking will help incorporate Editing Destiny, cover operational costs such as renting a facility for weekly meetings, supplies, and marketing. As a recovering addict, ex-convict, and trauma survivor, I desire nothing more than to see the same transformation in others that God miraculously performed in me.
Your donation will bless countless individuals! Surely God will reward your faithfulness. With your help, the gospel will be spread, healing will take place, and the hurting will know that God's love, power, and grace is alive and thriving in the body of Christ.
