Edclub- computer for African children
Donation protected
Dear friends and family
I am currently taking part in the Edclub group at school which is an organisation that connects students in the U.K. to children in Nairobi and Guyana in order to teach them English.
I need to raise £150 to be accepted as a mentor and for the children in Africa to upgrade their tools as well as for the upkeep of the computers, speakers, and wifi connection.
I will be Skyping a child from their hut once a week for an hour and hopefully bring them some joy as well as learning English. All of this is to give these children a better start to life and serious broaden their opportunities because the better they speak English the more likely they are to get a higher paid job.
Thank you.
