Help Crystal Get Home To Her Boys!!

My name is Crystal. I have Sleroderma/ Severe Aggresive Systemic Sclerosis. Im a mother of two amazing boys, a devoted nurse for 11 years, and an artist. It's now been 3 years since I was diagnosed with this horrific disease. Scleroderma has taken a lot from me. The worst part is being so far away from my boys. It weighs so heavy on my heart. My boys and family have all been very supportive throughout all of this! 2017 was the worst year of my life, and at one point we didnt know if i would pull through it. Now its a brand new year and i am stronger mentally and physically than i have been since all this has started. My boys are my life, the very air I breathe. I plan to go back home to California to be with them in September. I've been trying to plan my travel expenses to make this happen, but I'm going to need some help reuniting with my boys.
