As a person who suffered with clinical  Anxiety and Depression I understand how difficult it can be to accomplish daily tasks and keep a positive mind frame. Often it is hard for others to understand unless they’ve dealt with it personally.  I have witnessed what a small gesture of kindness can do to help with someone’s else’s healing. With your donations I can carry out small acts of kindness to a big group of people. It will cost about $40 for each Care package. With this goal amount I can send packages to my first 25 people.
