Please support this small family while they work through their cancer crisis!

About Jenni and her family:
Jenni is a mother of three and was recently diagnosed with Stage III ovarian cancer. Jenni  is scheduled to have several months of chemotherapy and radiation through the end of this year followed by major surgery. Due to the intensity of her treatments she will be unable to work which will prevent her from contributing financially to her family over the next four months.  Jenni had considered delaying treatment since a medical leave of absence will place an undue burden on their family financially since Jenni’s employment contributions pay for basic necessities in her family such as groceries, clothing, and other household goods.  Having to choose between lifesaving treatments and taking care of your family is not a choice any mother should have to make in her life.  Can you help Jenni today?

About our pledge:
To support Jenni and her family, we need your help raising the money to secure funding for the medical co-pays, groceries and other necessities while Jenni is undergoing her intense treatment regimen.

Please consider contributing a personally meaningful amount to this incredibly important effort and help Jenni continue to take care of her family while healing the cancer that has taken over her body.

I want to thank everyone for your donations!
The surgery I had in December showed that the chemo worked and what was left was benign forms of the tumor. All I have to do now is periodic cat scans and check ups! Very lucky and thankful.

I am currently at Massachusetts General Hospital. I had surgery here on Monday the 15th. The purpose of the surgery was to remove anything leftover after my four treatments of chemo. My team of doctors were fully expecting a good outcome of the chemo. Once the surgery had begun they saw that the tumor had grown instead of shrunk.
I had to have traditional surgery instead of the planned Laparoscopy. The surgery took about six hours. I woke up Monday night in severe pain. But learned they did get everything. Now we are waiting on the biopsy results. Once the biopsy report is reviewed I can meet with my doctors and discuss the next step. Thank you for your support and prayers!

I can't thank everyone enough for their love and support. I truly feel I could not of endured my treatment without my family.

I did finish my last treatment last week. However, on Saturday I become extremely sick. Had to go to the ED on Sunday morning. I was admitted to the hospital that morning due to dehydration and severely low electrolytes. After three days I am feeling so much better. I should be in the hospital until the end of the week when everything should be back to normal.

Thanks again to everyone!!!!
