Eat Right in Skateboarding is an event designed to promote and inspire healthy eating within the sport of skateboarding for our Bay Area youth. Funktion Family will raise money to provide a FREE and healthy meal to as many of our skateboarding community youth as possible at an organized event this July 2017.Your donation will help to bring our community together at the new Montclair Mini Skateboard Ramp to enjoy the sport of skateboarding and promote healthy eating within.
About Funktion Family
The specific purposes of this corporation is to raise money and other resources through events and donations in order to help build, maintain and improve public skate parks, and to raise funds to support a youth skate contest series in the Bay Area.
Funds will be raised through underwriting sponsorships, registration or event ticket fees, and sales of goods as well as or silent auctions at events. All funds raised will be used to benefit FUNKTION FAMILY and its own charitable purposes, particularly redistributing proceeds back to the Oakland community and funding other worthwhile charities and community youth programs in the Bay Area.
