Mapleton needs you!
The money from this campaign will go towards buying materials for building shelves. The shelves will be donated to the Mapleton Family Literacy Center. They will go in the basement to be used as storage for extra books and book donations the Library receives.
The Library has been needing shelving for their basement for a long time, as is shown by the picture below:
There will be two shelves, each one 72" X 81.5" X 26". They will be put in between the wall and the filing cabinet. Here are the plans for the shelves:
This is an approved project, and I am on the last phase!
In order to build the shelves, I will need the funds by Friday, September 21.
For anyone who donates $40 or more, I will put your name on a plaque.
