Eagle Creek Wildfire

Tax deductible
As you all know, over the last 72 hours, a massive forest fire has broken out and spread rapidly through our beloved Columbia River Gorge. Strong winds have now pushed the Eagle Creek wildfire toward the Portland suburbs and across the Columbia River into Washington state. Mandatory evacuations have been ordered, hikers are being rescued, and homes and historic landmarks are devastatingly close to being consumed by flames. Families have been displaced and emergency personnel are risking their lives to save what remains and to protect the city and suburban communities from further turmoil.

Nautilus, Inc. and the Nautilus Cares program wanted to organize a joint effort to help support the American Red Cross Cascades Region, which has set up a shelter for Cascade Locks evacuees at the Skamania County Fairgrounds.

We ask that, if you're able and feel compelled to do so, please join Nautilus, Inc. in donating to this emergency situation directly impacting the communities where we live, work and play. The Nautilus Cares program has kickstarted this effort with a $1,000 donation.

We value the natural outdoor and recreation areas the Pacific Northwest offers us all, and the opportunity to breath clean air. At this time, these two important contributors to wellness are at risk. Thank you for standing with us, and with one another, to support our community during this time!
