Help Me Pay My Hospital Bills

Howdy! I'm Sam and I went to the ER in November. Ever since, I have been getting bill after hospital bill. Turns out my college-provided insurance doesn't cover most of it.
I went there for an appendicitis scare. My roommate drove me (which is a blessing since ambulance costs would have made this even worse) and I left with a suspicion of an IBD (inflammatory bowel disease, possibly Crohn's). I have yet to confirm this (scary) suspicion, but given my current hospital bill situation, I am not going to add to it by doing more medical procedures.
$3,000 won't cover all of the bills but it should cover most of it. I don't wanna be greedy, I just want to not be punished for having organs.
I should add that I am graduating college in less than two months in insane debt. Add the hospital bills to that, and oh boy, what a sad situation to be in at twenty-two years of age.
It's kind of embarrassing to beg for money online, but I have called the hospitals for financial assistance and they don't want to do that (wow, who would have seen that coming?)
