From Hudson to Holland

I've been studying Dutch architecture in the Hudson Valley of NY for nearly 15 years.  I'm currently finishing a Masters Degree in Preservation Studies at Boston University, and in the last year I have started my own preservation company, New Netherland Timber Framing and Preservation.  A chance has presented itself to me to go to the Netherlands where I can study the roots of Dutch Architecture in America, the only hitch is with starting a new company and having been a Grad Student for two years, I have no savings. I have a place to stay while I'm over there, I just need to be able to get there and back, and be able to eat and travel while I'm there, hence my need for money.

So it was suggested I try this out, so nothing ventured nothing gained as they say.   I am offering to teach one day workshops in exchange for every $1000 that is raised here.  So if a group of people go in together and manage $2000, well that's a two day workshop.  Mind you, I need to be able to drive to where you are, (unless you're willing to fly me there, but let's not overreach.)     So, that's it, any help would just be awesome.
