Total Loss House Fire

I am starting this fundraiser for our tenant, Nick Montelione and his family. Today, an unfortunate accident caused a house fire which was a total loss. That is not important, nor is this fundraiser for us. Our insurance should cover the damages as the homeowners. Nick and his family were able to escape with minor injuries, however a friend who was there suffered severe burns covering most of his body. Nick and his family lost everything they owned in this fire. They have two young children and are expecting a third. They had recently bought everything they needed for the new baby on the way, which was lost in the fire. Nick and his family are very hard working, caring and giving American people. They are always willing to help people in times of need. Now it is our turn to return the favor. Please take a moment to donate to help Nick and his family get back on their feet.
