Guatemala Missions Trip

My name is Kyra, and I am fundraising money, for a mission's trip to Guatemala, March 7-14.  I have been to Guatemala before, last February.   It was an amazing experience, and I am blessed to have the opportunity to go again. This time, I am able to go with my mom, and experience  it with her.  I was able to learn a whole new way of life, and got to change lots of peoples lives. Last year, I was able to build a new home for a family that lived in a hut. There was a girl that was my age, and I gave her things, I thought she would like, even though they weren't much. I have never seen someone so appreciative than her. She cried, hugged me, and asked me to pray for her. I cannot wait to get a feeling like that again in March. I was also able to grow stronger in my own  faith, and appreciate life a lot more.  I will being do lots of work, helping improve the rough lifestyles the Guatemalans live through. The funds will be used for travel, shelter, and materials that we need. I need all the support I can get, and it would mean so much to me, I will be doing what I love, and helping others. I will continue to put updates, and also a post Guatemala post, for those who supported me through this, and want to know about this years experience. Thank you so much. :)
