Motorcycle accident medical bills

My son, Kristian Fritzinger and  fiancee, Mia Zack were in a motorcycle accident on Saturday April 6th. He had insurance but it doesn't cover him or his bike which he is still paying on...  They have 2 small children to care for and neither of them can work right now and were in between jobs at the time of the accident..
The place that picked up the bike is charging an outrageous amount for his bike.... And the bill gets higher every day.. The bike isn't bad at all..
Please Help Kristian Fritzinger (21) and Mia Zack (20) and their Children Triston(3) and Hailey Rose(8m)...
