Please help me walk again!

I am a 32 year old female who sustained an anoxic brain injury from a scuba diving accident in Indonesia on June 7,2011. I was left for dead with no real medical intervention for two weeks. Both sides of my brain's dopamine receptors (putamen) completely died. I developed rapidly progressive secondary parkinsons and dystonia (painful twisting of my legs). i have been in a wheelchair since Feb.12' and due to contractures developed in my left ankle in just three months, I require Achilles tendon lengthening surgery. I am emotionally and financially on my own.The state I live in, OR ,has no specialists able to treat me. SO far it looks like there is only one hospital, UCSF in sf able to help me. I would have to find the money to live in the area for ongoing treatment. I am still waiting on their answer. If not, I have to fly to either Emory in GA or UF in gainsville, both top dystonia hospitals as my brain injury induced dystonia-parkinsonism is so rare. I need to find the hospital able to do my brain and foot surgeries and years of follow0up care. I plan on paying it forward and helping others, but I need to get stable first. Thanks!
