Lisa's Recovery

Our sweet sister Lisa had a stroke on Thursday night, May 16. She was taken to the hospital, stabilized and sedated. She has since had 2 surgeries, during one they had to remove part of her skull to aid in the healing process. She is still in the ICU under close observation with a long and difficult journey ahead of her. Lisa is a loving, dedicated mother to her 5 children, who rely on her love and care daily. She has a sweet son who, due to a tragic accident, is paralyzed from the neck down, another son with sickle cell anemia that requires close medical observation. While her 3 other children and husband are a great help to her, Lisa is not able to be her strong motherly self, this will be a huge deficit to her family.If there is ever a family that could benefit from some extra help, this is the one.Please consider donating to help this family on the road to recovery.
