Jacobs Medical Expenses

This poor boy just got into a terrible dirt bike accident and is now in pretty bad shape. He had a blood transfusion already and now was life flighted. HE NEED YOUR HELP.  This family gives so much an a daily basis and now they need some back. They need all the help and support they can get for poor Jabob.
