Drive safe I have no brakes

I was hit by a car while skateboarding  and suffered life threatening internal damage to my organs as well as 3 broken ribs and a fractured lower vertebrae in my spine. I’m set to be bed ridden in the hospital for a week plus so doctors can continue to run tests on me then I’ll be doing physical therapy. Doctors say I will be able to resume normal physical activity in 2-3 months. I wouldn’t normally do this but I really need assistance in paying my hospital bills, ambulance bill and any insurance bills, anything is greatly appreciated and helps.
