Hands / Legs Prosthetics needed for Chad to Drive

Chad Gerlaugh is my second born son already a quadriplegic from accident 20 years ago. He started driving again which we never thought was possible he loves his Quigley van he started driving 6 years ago.
He was in the hospital for kidney stone removal and had complications from the surgery. We lost him for a short time but thank God they were able to get him back. But now Reviving him they had to use blood pressure medicine that damaged his lower extremities meaning his arms hands and legs they are dying and will have to be amputated.
Chad is fearless he says he will drive again somehow. After the surgery in a few days he has to heal and then they will fit him for Prosthetics for his arms, hands and legs. At this time we're not sure of how much of his arms and legs will be saved. The Dr's cannot tell us exactly until they start the surgery. We do know both hands will need to be Prosthetics his hands cannot be saved . Because he is on Medicaid and they would only provide standard prosthetics. The money we receive go towards Prosthetics for all extremities
(arms, hands and legs ) these will allow him to drive again. That's what he lives for and that's what he loves. Thanks everyone for the prayers this is not what we wanted; we know now we can't change it.
Once Chad has healed then the correct prostedics will be fitted and modified to meet all his needs All donations (gofundme money) will be payed to the facility that can get Chad driving the Quigley Van that he loves.
