Unexpected Medical Expenses

Many of you may know I’ve been on disability since December, 2014. Over the past 4+ years I’ve tried at least a dozen different medications, been hospitalized 3 times and haven’t made any meaningful progress so far.
At my routine doctor’s appointment yesterday, he and I discussed a new alternative treatment and for the first time in a long time I felt hope. I can’t begin to tell you how great that felt.
After doing some research on the requirements (paperwork, out of network doctors visits, medication costs), I realized I just can’t afford to pursue this at this time.
Then I thought about all the various gofundme’s I’d contributed to when I could. As much as I hate the idea of asking other people for help, I decided I want this treatment more.
If you can spare a few dollars, it would mean so much to me.
Thank you so much - from the bottom of my heart.
