Family of Drew Pescaro, a Massachusetts native who was injured in the deadly shooting at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, are asking for prayers and support as he recovers from surgery.
Pescaro is a student at UNC Charlotte and is originally from Rutland, Massachusetts, according to his Facebook page. He is a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and a sports writer for the student-run Niner Times newspaper. Both organizations shared online messages that said Pescaro was in stable condition following surgery late Tuesday night.
Any amounts are welcomed for donation as all funds will be going to Drew's medical expenses in supporting his family. God bless.
