On Wednesday September 6, Jeff's girlfriend and love of his life, Jaclyn Cerreta passed away suddenly. She leaves behind their beautiful 6 week old son, Donovan whom she adored and loved unconditionally for the short time that she had with him.
Jaclyn and Jeff were each other's rock and best friend. They met 5 years ago and have had a lasting bond since. This is undoubtedly the most challenging thing that Jeff has ever had to endure and he and Donovan will face this challenge together for the rest of their lives.
Even though Jeff and Donovan's challenges will be far greater than purely financial, this fundraiser is an attempt to help make this challenge a bit easier and provide Donovan with a head start toward paying for his college education. The funds will be used to pay for any immediate needs that Jeff and Donovan require, with the majority being transferred into a college fund that has been set up in Donovan's name.
