For companies and employers, these women area great source of skill, reliability, and workforce capacity, but for them, it is difficult, if not impossible, to find a job.
Our idea is to change this situation because change doesn’t happen on its own.
DonnaJobs allows talented female freelancers to connect with people who need a job done in their own specific field of work.
WITH YOUR SUPPORT
You will help women find a job.
You will help women to fill the gender and salary gap.
You will contribute to help any woman.
A lot of women can work from home without giving up the joys of motherhood.
You will help DonnaJobs to grow from an idea to a solid business.
Consumers can easily find in one place the best freelancers without wasting time looking anywhere else.
THE DONNAJOBS' BUSINESS PLAN
We want to promote the platform on all the major search engines and social media so all women become aware of this very useful working tool.
We want to develop more features to make the platform as simple as possible, easy to use but at the same time very powerful.
We want to develop a DonnaJobs’s App for iOS and Android.
We want to add a social media manager and a content manager to our team to help DonnaJobs to grow.
Each year DonnaJobs will donate to charity 5% of the profit to:
1) For women: https://www.unwomenuk.org/
They are the UK arm of UN Women - the United Nations entity for gender equality and the elimination of violence against women.
2) For Animals: https://www.aspinallfoundation.org/
The Aspinall Foundation is an internationally renowned conservation charity. They are working in some of the world’s most fragile environments to save endangered animals and return them to the wild.
3) For Planet: https://friendsoftheearth.uk/
Friends of the Earth now campaign to save British bees, put an end to fracking, and reduce air pollution, among other worthy environmental causes.
WHY WE ARE DOING THIS?
There are so many women in the world who cannot work, even though they are talented, we guess is time to do something for them…for you…for all of us!
DonnaJobs has the aim to help all of them!
