Why I'm asking for help?
I've been down on my luck a bit lately, yes? That's nothing new. I was doing well living in Minneapolis but life decided to bring me back to my hometown of Conway, Arkansas. Since I have been back I have fallen on a bit of hard times. I'm not happy here, the job market is pretty terrible considering this is the second poorest state in the U.S. I have put in 30 - 40 applications being here and just can't seem to catch a break. I've never had the desire to stay here and try to make a life for myself as I've always seemed to struggle here.
Where am I going?
The plan is to move to Denver, well... somewhere around Denver. Wherever I can find something affordable with public transportation that's easy accesable. I have a good amount of friends in Colorado and the state's economy just so happens to be booming so I should have no problem finding a decent job and diving into the scene there.
What happens if I meet my GoFundMe moving goal?
Well, as previously stated. If this goal is met I get my hair chopped off and donate it to Locks of Love! (Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis)
For any of you who might know me, you might have noticed that I haven't cut my hair in almost 3 years. I have become pretty attached to it. Help me get a step into the direction I want to take to better my life and I will donate this rug piece on my head to someone more in need of it.
Once the goal is met I will go to a barber of my choice with a video camera and tape the whole awkward thing and post it all over my social media. I can't remember but I think I have an egg head. I will also video the packaging of the hair piece and shipping so you guys don't think I'm full of balogni.
