This is for my parents and other community members affected by the #campfire. in Paradise, CA. This is created by their son, who lives in Chico, CA. As many of you have heard. seen in person, or watched on TV, the fire in Butte County/Northern California caused massive destruction. Many people lost their homes and some lost much more.
Unfortunately, my parents home was one of the structures that were destroyed. They attempted to grab what they could but left behind almost 99% of their memories and possessions. They have two dogs with them that need medical care. The Town of Paradise was completely destroyed and what’s left will take years to rebuild.
The purpose of this GoFundMe page is to help alleviate some of the financial stress that comes with rebuilding your life, one piece at a time. If you know me, you know my parents are good people who most likely wouldn’t ask for help from anyone and are determined to start a new chapter in their life. I would like to show them the support they deserve and bring a little hope to the future that will indeed be bright again.
If you can donate even $5, it will be very much appreciated and paid forward. It will help bring a smile to someone's face who lost their world on one fateful Thursday in November.
