Help Save My Husband's Life

Last year I married the man of my dreams on a gulf beach at sunset and less than a month later rushed him to the hospital with chest pains and difficulty breathing.
Sarcoidosis had flared destroying parts of both of his lungs. He was diagnosed as terminally ill and has to be on oxygen for the rest of his life.
During the next 6 months, while he fought for his life, I was able to get him medical insurance through the state.
However, now that he has his disability income, even though it's not enough to cover our bills, they shredded his medicaid. His insurance no longer covers his doctor. They stopped covering the medicine that had put him breifly in remission.
He is literally deathly ill, is out of remission, has more lung damage and now heart and intestinal damage.
He does not qualify for medicare until he's been disabled for a year.
He is just being released from the cardiac unit now, where they have been attempting to get some of the inflammation down in his lungs and making the call on whether he needed heart surgery immediately or could be closely monitored for an aortic aneurysm on an ongoing basis.
Doug has been excepted into a clinical trial at Florida University where he will be able to see a Sarcoidosis Specialist for the first time.
This is our best and perhaps only real hope of prolonging his life.
However, it is far away and travelling with him in this precarious state of health, is difficult and tricky.
We are relying completely on the generosity of our families right now. 
We desperately need help with travel expenses, medicine, even medical equipment. He needs portable oxygen, a wheelchair, but, for now all I care about is getting him what he needs to survive.
I do not want to ask for help, I hate doing it, but, I just can't bear to let him die without trying everything possible.
