Injured Dog Vet Bills

On the evening of June 24, 2016, one of our Drivers was finishing an UberSUV ride and witnessed a dog get hit by a vehicle. The vehicle that hit the Dog did stop but did not know what to do, so they left the scene. Our Driver and her passengers tended to the care of the Dog.

Our Driver called "911" and waited for over 30 minutes for an Officer to respond. After a while, she called back to check on the status and was informed that standard procedure is to have Animal Control euthanize the Dog since it did not have a collar/tag.

Our Driver, a loving Dog owner herself, along with the Passengers, transported the Dog to a 24-Hour Animal Hospital in the Cottonwood Area (off of Highland Drive).

We just heard back from the Animal Hospital and the Dog is NOT micro-chipped and therefore the Owner cannot be located. The incident occurred around 4700 South and approximently 4800 West in West Valley. The Dog appears to be an older Male Chocolate Lab.

In addition, the Animal Hospital confirmed that the left side pelvis is shattered and the medical bills are estimated at $5,000+ for surgery (we are trying to raise $5,300+ to cover the GoFundMe fees).

We need your help for two thing...
1. Surgery cannot be performed until the bill is paid
2. We need to find the Owner ASAP

If we are unable to raise the funds in the next few days, then we risk the Animal Hospital turning the dog over to Animal Control, which will more than likely euthanize the Dog.

As we do not know the Dog's name... we are calling him "Charlie."

Who We Are:
Four Seasons Concierge is Park City's Premier Transportation and Concierge Team. One of our Drivers, Holly, was the person who rescued Charlie. Sam, the Owner of Four Seasons Concierge, worked with Holly to put together this Go Fund Me Campaign

Where We Are From:
We are based in Park City but cover the entire state of Utah.

Our Relationship With The Parties We Are Raising Funds For:
Holly saw Charlie get hit by a Car and took him to a 24-Hour Animal Hospital. Charlie is not her Dog. We are reaching out to local media and social media to try to find the Owners.

How The Funds Will Be Spent:
All monies donated will go to the immediate care of Charlie. Any "extra" monies donated will be giving in kind to Nuzzles and Company.

How We Intend To Get The Funds To Those In Need:
We will make direct payment to the Animal Hospital and hand deliver any additional monies directly to Nuzzles and Company.
