Deep Deuce Railroad Sign & Lighting

Downtown Oklahoma City’s Deep Deuce district invokes a special meaning to many different people. To a small business owner, it means an opportunity. To a musician, it means the birthplace of jazz legends. To a visitor, it means urban dining and shopping. To a resident, it means home. Deep Deuce is a place worthy of each of these meanings, and more. To bring this all together, we have put forth a goal to raise funds for a Deep Deuce railroad sign and complementary lighting that will serve as a doorway for Deep Deuce and its stakeholders.
Please help us in reaching our goal of $15,000. Downtown Oklahoma City Initiatives, Inc. has agreed to match any donation, dollar for dollar, up to $15,000. All donations are tax-deductible under Downtown Oklahoma City Initiative’s 501(c)3 status.
The $15,000 campaign + $15,000 match will go towards the following (in priority order by total funding):
Phase 1: Design, manufacturing and installation of the railroad sign (Budget: $20,000)
Phase 2: Commissioning a lighting expert for design and installation of complementary lighting to improve the pedestrian experience (Budget: $5,000-$15,000)
Your generosity grants you the following gifts, with larger donations receiving the benefits of all lower levels combined:
$25 – Invitation to Sign Reveal Party (date TBD)
$50 – Gift Card to Deep Deuce business + above benefits
$100 – Name listed as “Blue” sponsor on a permanent, commemorative plaque dedicating the railroad sign + above benefits
$250 – Listed as a sponsor on Sign Reveal Party Invitation + above benefits
$500 – Listed as a “Royal Blue” Sponsor on commemorative sign + above benefits
$2,500 – (2) tickets to the Dean A McGee Awards Dinner and listed as a “Midnight Blue” lead sponsor on commemorative plaque + above benefits
$5,000 – (2) additional tickets to the Dean A McGee Awards Dinner + District Sponsorship (name included on all Deep Deuce marketing materials for one year) + above benefits
