Disabled mom desperately in need of conversion van

I became disabled (Functional Neurologic Disorder) on May 1, 2016.  There is no speific reason that they can find and therefore no hope at recovery.  It's been financially devestating to our family as I am in a wheelchair permanently.  My husband works harder than anyone I have ever known.  I am lucky to have the family support that I have. I thank God every day that I am still alive to be here for my daughter who is an amazing, loving and encouraging young lady.  Because of my inability to drive alone I can't get to and from anywhere to be able to work.  This has been devestating to my family.  Insurance doesn't cover enough.  Disability has fought us and is still fighting us.  I NEED to be able to work to help us get back on our feet so to speak.  I hate to ask this but I am out of options.  This would help me help my family again.  Thank you for any donation or share.
