https://www.instagram.com/soulchkn Hello, my name is Dimitri Katzoff... I'm trying to raise money to help bring my vision and passion to a reality. I've been in the food industry for some time now, and cooking/baking has been a service that I've been very fortunate to have had the opportunity of providing for people in my community for many years!
I am 43 years old and have lived in Petaluma my entire life. This is without a doubt a place I am so proud to call my home! I am extremely blessed to have the most wonderful support, family & friends all rolled up into one here, and couldn't imagine wanting to do this in any other location!!
My goal is to open a Food Truck in Petaluma to share my creativity and yummy eats with the amazing locals and visitors that frequent this beautiful and bonded city. My idea of what I'd like to offer as far as menu items go is to bring the health benefits of Bone Broth to people in a unique, enjoyable and fun way for both convienence and easy travel. Also providing a minimized, and straight forward menu that's easy to choose from and having options that can easily be customized to order. This would also include weekly specials, such as Meat or Vegetarian Chili, Jambalaya, and my scratch made Veggie Burgers!
My whole idea is to offer customers something different and delicious that they may not be able to find during the off hours of the night.
One thing about being a Petaluma native and often finding myself wanting to go out every night in the past, is I know from experience how important, and sometimes difficult it was to find something to eat after an evening out drinking with friends. Now being sober for a little over 2 years, I am Able, Ready and Willing to get back on track and focus on pursuing my goals & dreams. And given the opportunity to open, operate and own my own Food Truck would do just that!
With this Food Truck it would provide a service to people who are on the GO, and or just want to experience something a little different then just your average run of the mill Food Truck stereo type... (Y'all know what I'm talking about!).
The money raised will be used for a down payment on a truck, Licensing, permits, and whatever else needed to meet All Health Department standards & regulations!!
With your support, together we can keep creating new, unique, and delicious food experiences to this wonderful community we all live in... There is no denying that Petaluma is growng papidly and the night life here is already present. So lets help provide people with the safety and sustenance that they need to carry out their evenings out on the town!
As you probably already know, there is a Food Truck park underway here in Petaluma and will hopefully be opening up to the general public soon! And I would love to be a part of that as well sometime in the near future... This has been a long time coming and has been a huge dream of mine, and believe me I know we all have them. But with focus, heart, passion, determination, and hard work, and that bright light at the end of that long and windy tunnel, I believe that all of us can, and WILL reach our goals!!... So with your help, your support and your donations, you'll be helping at least one dedicated person fulfill theirs!...
