Dimas Strong

On March 24th, Dimas, my 8 year old nephew, was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  The past four weeks have been tremendously difficult as doctors have worked to type the tumor and reduce the swelling in his brain which was causing headaches and nausea.  Dimas has had to have numerous MRIs, a spinal tap, x-rays, and two brain surgeries.  While his family is still waiting on an official diagnosis and treatment plan, we know the road ahead will be difficult.  We are so thankful for all the prayers, love and support everyone has been providing their family.

Many of you have asked what more you can do.  As it now appears treatment will have to be in another part of the United States and Laurie and Marty will not be able to work during this time, we have set up this GoFundMe account if you wish to contribute financially.  This will help greatly with the medical costs, travel expenses, and potentially a loss of wages.  Laurie and Marty will have direct access to these funds to help them get through this time and provide the best care they can for their son, Dimas.  We thank you again for all your love and support during this difficult time.
