DIG Ride For Mental Health '18
The #YellowIsForHello and Friendship Bench campaign ( http://thefriendshipbench.org) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to decreasing the number of attempted and completed suicides among Canadian students. This grassroots organization helps educate students across Canada and empowers them to reach out to each other, making it OK to speak openly and honestly about mental health.
Their efforts have helped increase the number of kids seeking help from on-campus and local professionals by approximately 18%, where statistics are made available.
However, like all grassroots organizations, they need a helping hand to reach out to as many people as possible. At DIG we believe that part of our corporate mandate is to assist smaller charities that are making a real difference.
We are excited to announce that DIG will sponsor the 3rd Annual Motorcycle Ride to assist this great cause.
Get your bikes out, your sunroofs open or hard tops down; this
year, any vehicle type is welcome to join the ride!
