Computers in Our Classroom Fund

Hello supporters,

I'm Stacie  Dunlap, a first grade teacher in the District of Columbia at Seaton Elementary School. The purpose of this campaign is to increase the technology offerings in my classroom.  The proceeds from this fund will go towards purchasing six chrome books for my first grade students.

We are a blended learning school. Blended learning is a term used to describe classrooms that merge digital/online instruction with traditional face to face instruction. One of the best benefits of blended learning is students learn at their own pace and develop independent learning skills. 

We live in a digital society where online education is an integral part of learning. Exposure to digital instruction assists in closing the academic gap by supplementing and strengthening their education and moving students towards mastery.
