My Santa's Helpers Passion Project
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Community,
Every year - thousands of kids go without toys during the holidays. I wanted to help. So, I took my passion for social media, digital marketing, and love of the #DadLife and tried to use my powers for good. Here's what I did.
Since 2012, I’ve partnered with Pete Delkus / Channel 8 (WFAA) for Santa’s Helpers to help collect as many toys as possible. Here's what happened:
Year 1 - 200 toys collected in 9 days (filled three SUVs )
Year 2- 400 toys collected and ordered a U-Haul
Year 3 - WFAA sent a trailer to pick up 500+ toys
Year 4- Bigger trailer via WFAA and 700 toys collected
In 2016, I’m looking to go just a little bit bigger @ 1,000 toys collected + make it easier on you (the amazing people) to help. Here's how.
Simply donate via GoFundMe and ALL funds collected go directly to Santa's Helpers. ALL the toys collected stay right here in Dallas / Ft Worth, provide support to local children, and given them a holiday season they would not otherwise have.
Want more? You can always drop off a new / unwrapped toy at any of Dallas / Ft. Worth collection spots via the WFAA (Channel 8) sponsors including area Chick Fil'A and Tom Thumb locations. Please visit WFAA .com for a full list of locations and drop off locations.
Happy Holidays and thank you for your continued support to make my passion project bigger and better every year.
