Dental reconstruction & implant

On March 12, 2017 I woke up in pain with bits of teeth in my mouth. It was terrifying. I didn't know what happened to me or how I had injured my mouth so badly. The night before seemed like any other night when I went to bed and I woke up in the same position I'd slept in. I was very confused. After talking with the couple I was staying with I learned I had been sleepwalking. At some point during that night I had badly injured my four front teeth. I still have no idea how this happened to me. I drove 8 hours from Michigan to Iowa to be seen in the emergency room where my insurance would be accepted. There they sealed up all the exposed pulps and sensitive parts of my now jagged teeth. The news was not good. I ended up having one of my front teeth extracted at only 27 years old. The other front tooth, half gone, required a root canal. The two adjacent teeth are also traumatized and very sensitive. It's been over a week now and my top front part of my mouth is still bruised and swollen along with my nose and gums. I'm losing weight from struggling to eat and I desperately want my mouth back to normal. My insurance will not pay for any kind of tooth replacement. I am hopeful that my friends and family can come together to help me pay for a replacement procedure in which bone is grafted on to the upper bone and a screw put in place for a false crown, known commonly as an implant. It's a very expensive procedure, but the implant would live out the rest of my life with me whereas other alternatives would eventually give out and are similarly as expensive. Knowing I may have another 70+ years of life left I am very hopeful we can some how afford this implant. I know many of you are also struggling in your life and I don't want you to feel obligated to donate. If you can, that's great! If you can't, I absolutely understand! Please share, donate if you are able, and pray for me. I am so thankful to have such wonderful people in my life. I will be so grateful to have my smile back someday, to have a fully functional mouth again someday, to be able to kiss the love of my life again. Thank you for reading.
