Denny Haney has tirelessly given his time, wisdom and guidance to countless magicians all over the world, and now, in a health crisis needs a little magic from all of us.
Denny is a proud American and a Vietnam veteran serving four tours of duty stationed near the mountains in Pleiku. Upon his return to the US after serving his country he began his career as a professional magician. All through the 1980s and early 90’s he was a very successful corporate entertainer at meetings and special events.
He wanted to give back to the magic world so he took the money he earned on the road, and opened up a studio where magicians could come and learn to practice their craft, rehearse and exchange ideas and purloin gizmos, and gadgets to help perform the miracles they use to thrill and delight their audiences.
He would answer questions, give advice and council to magicians both young and old and never asked for anything in return other than that they go out and do good magic for everyone.
Sadly, Denny has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and needs your help with medical expenses to fight this disease and to keep the Denny and Lee Magic Studio going during the fight.
Although his health is in decline, he still tirelessly answers the phone, gives advice and manages the mail order part of the shop all by himself. Now in his time of need, with medical expenses looming and his efforts to keep the studio going while he undergoes testing and treatment for his disease requires your kind contributions. There is currently a group of friends and family who have come to his rescue and are helping him physically run the studio on a daily basis. They pack and mail out orders to keep the business side going and the magic getting to the customers. They are continuing to lovingly keep the magic alive, for now and into the future.

Denny Haney is a magic legend. As a young man he served in Vietnam and learned his craft as a magician through a famous mail order course. He continued to have a wonderful career as a stage Magician, card manipulator, and illusionist. For the last three decades he’s had a brick and mortar Magic shop, Denny & Lee Magic Studio. He works tirelessly to support his customers, teach Magic and mentor some of the greatest magicians alive and the novice, all equally with integrity.
Unfortunately, Denny has become ill quite rapidly and needs your help. Please find it in your heart to give to Denny the way he has given to all of us throughout his lifetime. Thank you so much for your compassion, kind words and generosity.
