This is for a person so dear to my heart. Her name is Denia Paraschi, and she is a beautiful person. She has recently been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer close to her heart. Denia is someone who just captures your heart. She constantly wears a beautiful smile on her face, is a very positive person, and is definitely someone you would enjoy spending your day with. She is warm hearted, and always looks at the better half of things. She is optimistic, and has high goals for her life. She is someone who will make a difference wherever she goes. She leaves a positive impression, with minimal effort. She is such a beautiful soul, who would go miles to help anyone in need.
I have only learnt that she is going through diagnostic assessments a couple of days ago. It was hard to find this information, as Denia rarely likes to worry others. Our friends were all very worried that she may have some horrible illness, an unfair one... cancer. We were worried, as we knew there was a tumor. A couple of days ago, I received a call from one of our friends saying that it is not cancer! I was so relieved, but still wanted to know what was going on. It appeared that she was doing some more tests to finally understand what steps she needs to take to remove the tumor... A couple of minutes ago, I have learnt that Denia has a rare form of cancer.
Below is a heart aching but lovely post Denia has shared on a facebook group she has created. Denia is not one to ask for help, she is extremely independent and is able to manage many things without bothering other. The reason this post was heart aching was not only because of the horrible diagnosis, but because Denia was asking for help.. because we are desperate. Cancer is a horrible horrible horrible disease, as we all know. It leaves you helpless, especially if you are unable to finance your treatment. It is scary.

Please help her, anything little will make a great difference. The money raised will be used to transport Denia to the United States where she will need to undergo a biopsy and a very serious operation.
