On the 22nd May 2019 we lost one of the lights of of our lives. Denzel Sewell, know to us all as Den, passed away suddenly at work. We are all absolutely devastated!
Den's countless friends and colleagues have asked us if there is a way to help support the family at this traumatic time. After some thought, we have decided to set up a gofundme page in his memory.
Den was an amazing family man. Anyone who knew him would tell you what a kind, considerate and beautiful soul he was. Hard working - often putting in extra hours to support patients and staff at Heartlands Hospital. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Den. Now is the time to show just how much his tireless work, kind nature and adorable presence will be missed.
He leaves behind the love of his life, Hyacinth, children and grandchildren as well as countless friends and colleagues that absolutely adored him. Everyone had a kind word to say about Den.
Those who wish to contribute in Den's memory can do so here. No matter how large or how small the contribution, all will be greatly appreciated. All funds will be used to give Den the final goodbye that he richly deserved.
