Delta Gamma Beta Nu for Camp Kesem

Every year, the Greek community at Carnegie Mellon University puts on a series of short musicals in order to raise money for a selected charity. Starting this year, the Greek community is raising money for Camp Kesem, a national non-profit organization and community that supports children through and beyond their parent's cancer.
Camp Kesem is the only national organization dedicated to this unique population – supporting children with innovative, fun-filled programs that foster a lasting community. Its main event is its long-running FREE summer camp sessions for this population of children.
Our efforts for Camp Kesem will go towards helping the organization with their programming initiatives, including their summer camps, as well as its expansion nationwide.
Last year, Delta Gamma Beta Nu raised over $9,000 for Our Clubhouse and won the 1st Place Philanthropy Award for raising the most amount of money for the nonprofit out of CMU sororities. This year, we hope to achieve our goal of $20,000 . We are particularly invested in this organization because many of our sisters work firsthand with Camp Kesem - and our very own Lily Daigle founded the CMU chapter of Camp Kesem! We know what a community can do when brought together and could not be more excited to give back to Camp Kesem. Thank you for your support, every bit counts!
