SB277 Lawsuit Fund

REVOLT.REVOKE.RESTORE urges you to help us STOP MANDATORY VACCINATION in California.  Our lawsuit is based on the premise that all vaccines are "unavoidably unsafe," and therefore, the state must be forbidden from mandating such products, (which they know are unsafe!)  We are a group of committed parents and we fight to restore vaccine exemptions (personal beliefs & religious).  We have joined together as Plaintiffs and we sued the State of California.  We bear some of the costs, but litigation is expensive, and this is why we crowdfund.  We are currently NOT a non-profit.  We are here to raise money to litigate against SB277 and defeat it.  If you disagree with our legal angle, then please, by all means, file a lawsuit, as we pray for many to be out there!!  We are happy to fight alongside you!  SB277 harms us all!  It robs our civil liberties and robs our children's education while encouraging segreation and discrimination.  Please help us raise money and join us in the fight.

 On Oct. 20th our judge dismissed our case without chance for a hearing. It's our belief we will win on appeal We are seeking an additional $15,000 to appeal. 

 Note that there are ethical considerations for any attorney using funds raised from third parties.  Such a firm’s fiduciary duty must only run to the client(s), if any, that it would represent to challenge SB277 and such representation cannot be influenced by third parties. Hence, if sufficient funds are raised and hence not refunded, they shall be an irrevocable gift that does not entitle the gifter to any rights, legal representation, or influence, in any manner whatsoever, related in the representation of any client(s) of any firm using these funds. The only client to whom such firm will owe a fiduciary duty, whose direction it will follow, and whose interests it is fiduciary bound to protect will be the actual plaintiffs on whose behalf the firm may seek to challenge SB277. Such are the ethical restrictions that any such law firm must abide. Note there are no refunds being offered under any circumstances.
