Deb Cottrill's Support Fund

Donation protected
On July 27th, 2015, Deb Cottrill - an Atlanta local 2nd camera assistant - was injured while unloading the camera truck on the set of Sleepy Hollow.  A truck that was pulling a generator ran over her leg, causing it to get pinned beneath the wheel of the generator.  Her leg is broken in 3 places.  She is expected to have up to a year or more of recovery time, which may mean not being able to get back out working on set again until then.

If you work in the film industry, this could have happened to any of us.  It would be amazing if we could work together to help out one of our own while she recovers from this work related injury.

If you do not work in the film industry, or do not know Deb personally, please know that film work is an extremely physical job that would be very difficult, if not impossible, to do with a broken leg.  This will result in a loss of major income for Deb while she is having to recover.

Any donation would be helpful for giving Deb an additional support system to help cover medical expenses and any other inevitable expenses that life brings (rent, bills, groceries, etc.). Thank you!
