Deafinitions: A Deaf Studies Conference
2017 will mark the second annual Deaf Studies Conference and 2018 the third annual. The conference strives to provide a space for individuals to discover and explore the multifaceted experience of Deaf lives. In conjunction with sponsors and students at the five colleges (Hampshire, Smith, Mount Holyoke, UMass, and Amherst), the ASL Collective hosts a space for all to come together and celebrate Deaf culture, community, and history.
The conference is taking place this year at Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts on March 25-26th. The event is free and open to the public. All donations to this page will go to the 2018 conference. Please consider supporting this campaign to keep this event successful and free to all.
