WHAT IS DELIGHT & BE?
Delight has an online community of 1200+ girls who daily share life through prayer requests, deep heartfelt discussions, fun videos, questions about their creative art- whether it's photography, cooking, writing, music, etc.
We host our annual spring retreat in beautiful Leavenworth, Washington along with multiple workshops/intensives based at the Delight House throughout the year.
Delight & Be is a (501)c3 which counts your donation as a tax deductible gift towards our greatest needs, as we continue creating a community and safe place for teen girls and their creative gifting and talents.
WHY WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT:
Yearly Non-profit insurance: $3,750
Yearly Non-profit Operation Expenses: $3,900
Yearly Property Taxes: $1,500
Yearly Rent: $13,200
Utilities, Internet, annual fees: $1,374
Yearly Supplies: $1,200
Workshop Hosting Costs: $3,500
Retreat Hosting Costs: $13,000
Registration for a 3-5 day workshop at the Delight House - $595
Finances are the biggest thing that holds a Delight girl back from attending a workshop! Our big dream is to have every girl's registration for a workshop at the Delight House fully sponsored in 2019.
