Public Service Announcement: David McCaa has been accepted and will be transferring to Howard University School of Communications, fall 2013.
Graduating from Howard University is one of a few of my dreams and my recent acceptance confirms I'm determined to make this dream a reality. But this isn't a cheap dream; the cost of attending for 2013-2014 is $33,865.
2014/15 Tuition - $22,883
Housing - $7,982
Books - $3,000
If 1,354 people donate $25 the balance will be met.
or
If 400 people donate $84 the goal will also be met.
or
If 3,865 people donate $10 my goal is met... and of course there's the option for someone to cover the full expense.
A minimum donation of $5 is required by gofundme.com however, I want to stress that NO DONATION IS CONSIDERED TOO SMALL OR TOO LARGE. All donations are appreciated.
You may question why I selected a university that's so expensive. Graduating from Howard U. is my 1st major business decision. I'm going to create and launch my own sports show aired on my very own broadcasting network that provides quality programming the entire family can enjoy. This requires the best training and atmosphere that Howard University is renowned for. Donating towards my education helps to solidify my foundation for a successful career in broadcasting. I'll post updates regarding my academic success throughout my journey with Howard University as assurance that you're making a quality investment.
